I thought this was a one-time deal on the CW last year but it's back for a second season. I find it very interesting, even without being a ballet fan nor knowing the first thing about it. It's a type of 'reality show' in a sense but follows the lives of the real ballet company on and off the stage.

Last night it showed the medical consequences of one of the male lead dancers who suffered a bad foot fracture during a performance last season and now faces the possible amputation of his foot, career ending of course. This is a brutal profession in many respects !
