Nothing of importance will happen until Thursday. Tonight on CBS we get to see the nomination ceremony and Wednesday we get to see the veto comp. Amanda goes out on Thursday so the only remaining uncertainty is who will b evicted in the double eviction....scratch

'Big Brother 15' Spoilers: Who Won the Week 10 Power of Veto?
Saturday, August 31, 2013

The Power of Veto has been a big deal on Big Brother 15. It's been used nine out of 10 times so far, although only three of the nine replacement nominees have actually been evicted. Will it be used a 10th time?

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 15 spoilers.

GinaMarie is the HoH. She nominated Amanda and McCrae. Elissa, Andy and Spencer were picked to play as well.

McCrae won the Power of Veto!

Well, since he hasn't won anything since week 1, it looks like he got his mojo back. There was definitely a chance he would be evicted, but now it seems Amanda's days are numbered.

Obviously McCrae will save himself, and Spencer has already offered himself up as a pawn so Amanda goes home. It would also mean he wouldn't have to vote against McCranda, so maybe he's just trying to get their jury votes.

There's a secondary plan in which Judd wants to convince McCrae to save Amanda, with GM promising to put up Elissa as a pawn, thus allowing them to evict McCrae instead. However, GM is against nominating Elissa at all because Elissa didn't nominate her last week.

So it's goodbye to Amanda this Thursday, and then it's anyone's guess about the double eviction, though I'd say Elissa and McCrae are two strong possibilities.

FUN FACTS

-McCrae joins Elissa as the only HG this season to win two Power of Veto competitions. In the history of the game, season 10's Dan Gheesling is the only winner to win two PoV competitions. Season 13's Rachel Reilly also won two, but one was a couples competition she co-won with Brendon Villegas, and season 14's Ian Terry also won two, but one was the Veto Ball he won in the crane game unleashed by Pandora's Box, so it wasn't an official PoV competition.

-This marks the seventh time a nominee has won the PoV this season. That ties season 12 (assuming you count Matt Hoffman's Diamond Power of Veto) and is second to season 7, when nine nominees won it.

-This is the last time players will be picked for the Power of Veto competition. Overall, Amanda had the best luck, being picked to play four out of eight times. Spencer, Elissa, Judd, GM and Andy were all picked three times. McCrae was only picked once out of eight possible times.

-The only HGs this season who were never picked to play for the Power of Veto were Jeremy, Kaitlin, Aaryn and David. David was never actually eligible, Jeremy and Kaitlin were only eligible twice and Aaryn was only eligible three times.
