2014 Emmy nominations

Pretty good selections, of those that I've watched, but I think that The Walking Dead should be in there for some of the categories. And of course Big Brother and Survivor in the reality category. Of course that would put three CBS shows in that category which may violate some "standard". But in that current list only The Amazing Race is actually a reality show. The others are performance competitions, quite different, and they should have a separate category for them.

Colin Hanks was nominated for Fargo!!! He's the second Roswell alum who has been nominated. Does anyone remember who is the only Ros alum to have won an Emmy so far?

Was that Heigl, who then refused it ? No, that was for a movie...? Guess I have no idea....  

Katharine Heigl did win an Emmy for best supporting actress in Grey's Anatomy. But then the next year, when the show wanted to place her name in contention for a nomination, she made the widely publicized comment that the writing for her role wasn't good enough to be considered that year.
