Cloud Atlas

I saw this last night. I liked it more than this reviewer did. Not saying I made sense of it all. But I found the interwoven stories to be interesting. Did think some of the prosthetics were distracting.

The movie got panned when it first came out. What I read from writers that are talking shop 24/7 is that the movie did not do justice to the book but, the book is written very differently then most novels.

On Amazon the book is a solid 4 stars and has a distinct bell curve in it's reviews which is what every writer wishes for. If you read one or two of the reviews you will get why it might not have been a good idea to make this into a movie in the first place.
