This is really big news !   Netflik will bring in millions of $ and new productions.  Albq. Studios has always depended on rental fees from prod. cos. rather than their own financial health but now there will be massive $$ to support prods.

It is a forgone conclusion that the city council will approve the deal. It is too big and financially profitable for the several radical leftists on the council to oppose it, although they always hate to see any project that would make the citizens more financially independent from their attempts to keep their socialist boots on their necks.
