Three Rivers
Berry, Do you watch this show??? Bill Sadler was on it this evening and it is a role that I think there is a possibility that he might show up again.
The ratings aren't great on the show but I like it...but then I really like Katherine Moennig and would probably watch just about anything she appears in.

Aargh!!!! I have been watching this show...and liking it. But I didn't this evening because I had no clue. Glad that it might be a recurring role...and I think there is a good chance Ben may have taped it for me...but I probably shouldn't wake him at 2AM to ask.

Re: Three Rivers
I haven't seen it either, sched. conflict, but I agree about Katherine Moennig. She was amazing in The L Word, and the Three Rivers role is completely different as well it would have to be compared to her L Word role if it is to be shown on network, non-pay for view TV.
Katherine Moennig plays "Shane
McCutcheon" a hairdresser and the resident heartthrob who "gets all the
girls all the time."
Kate - born December 29, 1977 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania - to a mother who
was a dancer on Broadway and a father who is a violin maker, moved to New
York City at the age of 18 to study acting. Supporting herself through a
modeling career, Moennig always had a passion for acting and has performed
on stage with cousin Gwyneth Paltrow.
Fans know Kate best for her role as "Jacqueline 'Jake' Pratt" on the WB's
Young Americans. Katherine Moennig has most recently appeared in the feature
films "The Shipping News", "Love The Hard Way" and "Invitation to a
Suicide". Her television credits include the short-lived series Young
Americans, guest spots on Law & Order and Law & Order:SVU, and the lead
actress in the music video "Is Anybody Home" for the Canadian band Our Lady
Peace.
On stage, she has appeared in "As You like It", "Comedy of Art", "The Theory
of Total Blame" and "Morning in the City" at the Williamstown Theatre
Festival.
Kate recently ranked 83rd on USATODAY.com's
100 people of 2004.
Two Shane scenes made it onto TVGuide.com's Best Same Sex Kisses:
10. Shane and Cherie, The L Word 2004
When androgynous sexpot Shane slouches into a room, pheromones are on high
alert. This hot hairdresser found her sizzling match in Cherie, the randy
wife of an L.A. film industry honcho. Shane and stiletto-heeled Cherie lock
lips (and other anatomical parts) on a beauty-salon recliner that surely
never saw such cutting-edge action before. "It was my favorite kiss,"
declares Katherine Moennig (Shane), who's smooched a peck of pretty women on
Showtime's lesbian drama.
11. Shane and Carmen, The L Word 2005
Latina DJ Carmen and Shane make beautiful music in a sound room, leading
Carmen to think she's found her soul mate. She doesn't know Shane's a
love-'em-and- leave-'em type of gal who likes her love songs short and
spicy. It wasn't hard to act turned on, says Sarah Shahi (Carmen). "Kate
[Moennig] wears [DuWop] Lip Venom lip gloss. When you kiss her, your lips
start tingling. That way when I look at her, I don't have to do much."
Hmm... we'll have to pick up a tube of that stuff!

Re: Three Rivers
CBS Pulls ‘Three Rivers’ From Schedule
by Ann Murray-Yavar

A mere two weeks after moving ‘Three Rivers‘ to a new timeslot in order to garner a ratings boost, CBS has yanked the medical drama from its December schedule.
The show will continue production to finish all 13 ordered episodes, but in the meantime will be replaced by repeats of ‘NCIS: Los Angeles,’ ‘Cold Case,’ and ‘Criminal Minds.’
While a network spokesperson confirmed that “no finale decision on
its future has been made,” ratings for the freshman drama have been
grim since its premiere in September.
Will series star Alex O’Loughlin - whose dearly departed vampire drama ‘Moonlight‘ had a significant fan base - be enough to bring ‘Three Rivers’ back from life support?
Look doofuses, if you hadn't canceled Moonlight, then O'Loughlin's "significant fan base" would be watching it and you wouldn't have to be wondering if we would be pulling Three Rivers out of its slump. BTW, we won't be.

Re: Three Rivers
Guess we're not going to see the second episode that Bill Sadler did. Darn, I thought that character had an interesting twist going.
