The Mentalist

I'm watching a rerun of a recent episode and find it necessary to comment on Amanda Righetti who plays the red haired detective. I hadn't remembered seeing her before but she's been around and has her share of fan boys.

Sadly, this is not a show I have seen.

In some ways it's similar to Castle (but not as entertaining) but without the sexual tension between the two stars, Simon Baker and Robin Tunney. But Amanda and another detective do have a full bore secret affair going on.

So Patrick pumps three bullets into Red John (who had killed his wife and daughter) at close range then sits down at the mall food court table and waits for the cops to come. Now that's a cliffhanger ! .....season finale.
