BB week 2, day 2, elimination day

Oh-oh, Cassie is in the bathroom, working on her hair now. If tonight's live show occurs at 6 pm PDT and she starts on her eye make-up right now she should be done by the time the show starts. :lol: Haven't seen Dani yet this morning. She may still be in bed. For some reason a bunch of players are in Rachel's HOH bedroom, sleeping on the floor, couch, etc. I don't know why they would be there at this time of day or any time for so many. Something must have occurred late last night to cause them to gather there then crash and not go back to their own rooms. Very odd. I suppose if I was willing to stay up until ~4 am I could see these things play out.....but... Hmmm.....Cassie now up there too, eating cereal and whispering to Rachel.

What the...? Now Cassie is laying down on the HOH floor, covering herself with a blanket and going to sleep ! The rest of them are still conked out and it looks like Brendon and Rachel are back in bed too. Can't tell for sure if it's them....they have blankets and pillows over their head, but it seems unlikely that any other player would be in their bed. Of course a new HOH comp. will be held. I don't remember if that's tonight or Sunday.

Here's what it looks like up there. Can't tell if Dani is in there.





Hmmm.....Rachel's in the bathroom now so that's someone else in her bed. Don't worry, I'll get to the bottom of this.... :lol:

The HOH has their own private bathroom so Rachel is putting on her shirt over her flesh colored bra and she looks up at the camera and sticks out her tongue...oh those bad BB camera operators....

People are getting up, going back to their own beds, and going to bed, including Dani ! Whew ! That must have been some night ! Brendon and Rachel are the only ones up....although Jordan may be, somewhere, because the BB intercom just told her to put on her mic.

Rachel is giving a haircut to Brendon in their bathroom...Cassie and Shelly are in the kitchen, so the house is gradually coming to life...heck, it's only 11:06 am there... :P

Now I see Jordan. She and Jeff are still in the HOH bedroom, the last ones there, except for R and B in the bathroom.

Oh, now I get it.....the BB intercom just told them , "the lock down is over, you are free to move around the house." That explains why everyone was sleeping. But usually a lock down just means they can't go outside. But this one may have been different because of the live show tonight. Brendon told the newbies that they should start getting ready for the live show by about 4:30 PDT. It does start at 6:00 their time.

So Keith was booted as expected, 6 to 4. Somewhat surprisingly Jordan won the "golf" game to win the next HOH. She had been practicing on the "bare-bones" set the other day. That keeps the 'vets' in control. She and Jeff will pick the next two to go on the block. The pick will be tomorrow in the afternoon or evening and be shown on Sunday. Also tomorrow is the "have-nots" competition in the morning. The losers will have to live in the 'have-not' room for a week, mattress on the floor, lights full on 24 hrs, a day and they have to eat "slop" for a week which is an unidentified gruel or porridge type substance which keeps them alive but Dani said she got down to 99 lbs. when she was on it in S8. Fans can text to vote for one of 4 weird food combinations that supplants the slop. I tried to vote but my phone wouldn't take the 5 digit Text number. Tomorrow will be a much more active day than today when they slept through half of it and were locked down for hours.

Which reminds me....I thought Julie was rather unfair to her tonight when she was asking them various questions. She asked Dani what she wanted to say to her Dad and Dani was clearly uncomfortable. "This is so hard", she said several times. Juli finally said , "I'll let you off the hook, but no 'I love you dad?" Dani still didn't say anything until later in the diary room when she was voting and said that she did love her dad. But the point is, we don't know why she is estranged from him, and never will know, and have no business knowing, but it's obviously very deep seated and no one should push it.

And we never did learn the exact reason for Dick leaving even though he came on in a recorded video and just said it was an 'emergency' that he had to take care of and his girl friend and his family is fine.

One other thing I thought of after Keith was booted and his surviving partner Porsche was given the 2nd golden Key, Dani has the first one.....with GK's given out every week, 4 in all, maybe 5, that takes those people out of the competitions, even the have-nots. This sort of reduces the interest in the comps. I think. Of course the GK holders can't be nominated for booting which is a plus for them but Dani said it was rather boring to just sit around and not be able to "play". Of course when they get down to 10 survivors the GK go away and everyone is back in it.

This morning on the recap, Diana one of the Super Fans that stays up all night and logs the times when interesting events/conversations occur and tells us the hour and minute points to watch on the flashback feeds, had some some really interesting stuff to share. As of last night we already knew that Adam and Dominic will be put on the block and a deal has been struck between Adam and the vets to insure that he stays and Dominic goes home.

However, Diana pointed out the times to watch from late last night/early morning, where Dani tries to get the vets, mainly Jeff and Brendon, to change their minds and let Dominic stay. She wants Dominic as a ally later on after she doesn't have the Golden Key any more. Of course she is "playing" Dominic already because she can see that he has a "thing" for her. Diana doesn't think that Dani should pursue this alliance because it could get her in trouble with the vets (of which she is one herself).

Of course if Dominic goes home next Thursday she'll have to change her strategy. Meanwhile....Cassie collapsed into a crying, bitching mess last night and spent hours complaining to every one about Keith going home. She will likely be the next to go on the block after Adam and Dominic.

Right now the house is on lock down because the crew is setting up the back yard for the "have not" comp.
