'Big Brother 13' Spoilers: Week 3 Power of Veto Results

The Game of Thrones week on Big Brother 13 continues with the very important Power of Veto competition. The evil Lannisters (Brendon and Rachel) are in charge, and Daniele has turned her game into overdrive this week, pushing very hard for Brenchel to backdoor Jeff. Will that happen? I think Dani is stepping up as the show's Littlefinger, a character on Game of Thrones who is brilliantly manipulative, always looking out for himself and willing to shift allegiances or lead others to battle if it means the target will be off his back.

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 13 spoilers.

Rachel originally nominated Adam and Dominic and Jeff and Jordan were chosen to play in the PoV competition.

Brendon won the Power of Veto.

It was a spelling competition and Brendon won by spelling the word "Understanding." If that sounds familiar, it's because it's the exact same word he used to win the first PoV competition last season in a similar challenge.

Now there are going to be two days of plotting, scheming and gameplay on Big Brother 13. Brendon has been quite vocal about Adam being the biggest threat and not wanting to backdoor Jeff so early, but only time will tell if he sticks with that decision. If so, there's also the matter of whether Adam will actually be the one to go.

Obviously the Lannister half of the house has the support of Daniele and Porsche, giving Dominic at least three of the four votes he needs to stay. But if the Starks (Jeff and Jordan) decide to go against Brenchel and boot Dominic, they could easily sway Kalia and Shelly, leaving Lawon as the swing vote.

Backdooring Jeff might sound good, especially for Daniele who wants to make the two power couples start a bloody war to distract from what she's doing, but I do think it's a bit too soon. The time to turn on one another is either next week or two weeks from now.

The best thing Brenchel has going for them is that they can seemingly win any competition they want. Together they've won two HoHs and two PoVs, and in a way, they also helped Jordan win her HoH because Rachel chose the order of the game and Brendon lost on purpose. It's insane how much they win.

Will Brendon use the PoV and let his lady backdoor Jeff and Jordan, essentially recreating the memorable scene from Game of Thrones where Ned Stark's head was on the chopping block? Or will he play it safe keep the nominations the same, and live to fight another day while getting rid of Adam? Or will he keep the nominations the same, only to have Jeff and Jordan make the first strike by splitting the votes and evicting Dominic?

I was prepared to hate this week of Big Brother 13 with Rachel in charge again, but it's certainly more exciting than last week at this time, when everyone knew Cassi was going home already.
