She did it !

Dani wins HOH in less than 2 hours ! The other vets are happy.....NOT !! They see their impending doom approaching as a bug on the highway sees the approaching semi....

They knew she was tough and were worried. They had no idea how really tough she is. Now they pay the price..... :bounce: It's too early to guess who she'll put on the block on Sunday. Who wins POV will have a rather large influence. Lucky for them Daniele as HOH isn't eligible to play for POV.

Here's the original 9. Rachel as current HOH wasn't eligible to compete. Lawon and Adam 1st and 3rd from left, had fallen off even before the live feed started at 8:15 MDT, :15 after the hour for all time zones. On the CBS show the comp. started about 10 min. before the hour which means that Adam and Lawon lasted less than 25 min. The comp. favored smaller, lighter people so all the men had fallen by the end of the first hour. The back wall tilted forward so that they had to support some of their weight on their arms. The platform that they stood on swung back and forth about 30 degrees.



Leaving the four women. Jordan fell, then Porsche. Shelly looked like she could go a long time but she fell next.





Then there were two...




Which left Kalia and Dani. I think everyone was surprised that Kalia lasted as long as she did. It was expected to come down to Shelly and Dani. Just before she knew she was going to fall she said to Dani,"If I go first do we have a deal ?....I won't put you up." Dani just says, "I'll think about it" She knows that Kalia probably won't win any comps so will not be in a position to ever put Dani on the block.

Rachel's face when she had to put the HOH medal around Dani's neck was priceless....sour puss anyone ?.....

The Golden Keys didn't come into play as some had expected but the first 5 to fall off have to open 5 "snow balls", about basketball size. Inside may be something "good or bad" as Julie explained it. It looks like that won't be done until the Sunday live show when the deprived CBS-only viewers will learn who won the HOH. It wouldn't make sense to have them open them off the air during the live feeds. ......no, on the live feed updates I see they did open the snowballs. Only one contained $10 k. Jeff won it.

Dani is looking happy in the live feeds as well she might. :D Lawon and Kalia are hanging around her now, knowing that they need to get on her good side. But she doesn't like "floaters" which is what they are. However they are also weak players so it's more likely that she'll nominate one of the vets to go on the block on Sunday. If one of the other vets then wins POV they might not use it in order to eliminate a stronger player and the vet on the block will be going home next Thursday. But if they do use the POV, forcing Dani to nominate another person then her second choice will be interesting. I predict that she'll nominate another one of the vet pair partners. No way to tell who that will be this early.

Of course the POV comp. and nomination will take place on Saturday so the live feeds will reveal the situation then.

Now Rachel is in Dani's room sucking up. "I sincerely apologize for calling you an idiot. Do you know what you're going to do? " (meaning who will she put up)

Dani is non committal. She knows what a tool Rachel is. I could stay up late and watch everyone grovel, but tomorrow's another day.....
