BB 13 week 7 day 2..brilliant strategy by Daniele.
She did what she said she would.....Brendon saw it coming and told Rachel to work with Dani if he's evicted. Whether Rachel is capable of doing that remains to be seen and would Dani even trust her ? Actually, no, but she would use her to her own ends as much as possible.

'Big Brother 13' Spoilers: Was the Veto Used in Week 6?

Daniele's second reign as HoH on Big Brother 13 is a bit different than it was last time. Instead of going after Brendon and Rachel directly, she cut a pseudo-deal with them and left room to backdoor one of her biggest threats. Was the backdoor used?
SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 13 spoilers.
Adam won the Power of Veto and saved himself.
Brendon was nominated in his place.
So it looks like Daniele is going to get rid of Brendon for the second time this season. Only this time, Daniele has set herself up in a much better place.
First, she's tearing apart the veterans' alliance and putting Jeff and Jordan in a difficult spot. Do they fight to keep Brendon, or do they stay loyal to Shelly, who has been working with them from the start? No matter what they do, Jeff and Jordan are going to make enemies. They've been going back and forth on what they want to do, but the biggest problem is that, even if they want to save Brendon I don't think they can. Porsche and Kalia will likely stick with Daniele and evict Brendon, and Adam is very close to Shelly. The veterans would need to start threatening Adam and Porsche in a major way to keep Brendon.
The best thing for Daniele is that, if Brendon does get evicted, Rachel will still have no choice but to work with her. Rachel saw what happened the last time Brendon left when she overheard Shelly making her final three deal with Jeff and Jordan. Rachel knows Jeff and Jordan don't have her back if Brendon leaves, so why stick with them?
Instead, in an odd twist of fate, with Brendon gone, I see the game turning into a war of two sides. Daniele, Porsche, Kalia and Rachel would work together on one side while Jeff, Jordan, Shelly and Adam are on the other. That's assuming Rachel will be able to keep it together long enough to make rational decisions.
It's funny to think that, as soon as Brendon came back, he was dancing for joy with Rachel, Jeff, Jordan, Adam, and Shelly, yet somehow Daniele was able to undo all of that. Rachel and Shelly are now bitter enemies in the house and their feud is tearing Jeff and Jordan apart. Even if she is mean and bitchy,( but she isn't as those ex-HGs that know her outside the house can attest ) you can't deny that Daniele truly is one of the best players to ever enter the Big Brother house. She wins competitions, she gets blood on her hands and she turns people against each other with her nomination strategies.
