Did anyone else watch the premiere of this series last night?
The plot revolves around a new news program presented on the BBC in England in 1956 and a major conspiracy uncovered by one of the reporters. It is filmed to give it a bit of a film noir feel.
The first episode introduced the three main characters and had the one character learn that a conspiracy (possibly involving MI6) might exist. This is just a 6 episode program so it should move quickly but I thought the writing was good and it shows definite potential.

Saw it! I usually love BBC for these kinds of mini-series...I'm so glad they're re-airing them for us...there's one down the road on this Wednesday night gig called State of Play...which is fantastic.
