Easy A

I've wanted to see this for awhile. It was Emma Stone's breakout role. There is one 2-3 second scene where she does something very subtle and easily overlooked with her eyes that is pure genius, and not anything you would think that an actor would do to enhance the scene until you see it. Was it in the script ? Did the director tell her to do it ? Was it her idea ? I suspect the latter.

Anyway...it was finally on FX so DVRd it. It's about as funny as reviewed and in one scene where some students are demonstrating with signs, one sign just says Exodus 20:14. I wondered what it was so looked it up...one of the 10 Commandments....duh... Although one I've never had to deal with....

I like Emma Stone a lot too. I'll have to check this one out.
