I thought the "LS" sign we saw at the gate meant "Lone Star" but I don't think so. IMDB doesn't list any current productions with that name. Their web site is out of date with the productions that have been filmed there.

Or......it could mean that you want both red and green chili on the plate but not on top of the food. 8) If the waiter asks, "red or green" and you reply, "Christmas", then both red and green would be put on top of the food unless you specify on the side.
