Sleepy Hollow
9/16- New series starts tomorrow. Looks good to me. Combination of the old story in a new setting...plus Camden Toy who did all the greatest villains on BTVS has a role on this show.

Re: Sleepy Hollow
It seems to be an odd premise but could be good, especially if we remember that "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter", turned out to be entertaining once you got past the crazy premise.

Re: Sleepy Hollow
The tv critics who have seen the pilot have good things to say.

Re: Sleepy Hollow
Well, overall I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. Had a lot of religious overtones and seemed derivative of Grimm (which does it better) but I might give it a few chances to grow on me.

Re: Sleepy Hollow
Might catch it next week after Breaking Pointe has finished for the season and my DVR isn't so busy.

Re: Sleepy Hollow
I kind of liked it for a first episode. We'll see if they can keep it going.

John Noble (Walter from Fringe) was the guest star tonight. It was great to see him!

I have come around. I really enjoy the humor in it. Looks like the actors are having fun with it.

Re: Sleepy Hollow
I really like it. Looks like there are major cast changes happening these days. So if you were to give it a try, I'd start from the beginning.

Re: Sleepy Hollow
Sched. conflicts and my lack of enthusiasm for fairy tale-based shows has kept me from watching this, ditto Once Upon a time, but with summer coming on and repeats proliferating, I might give it a try.
