The Crazy Ones

I wanted to like this...but I just don't. Here's why

I think I have 3 on my DVR, not a good sign this early into the season.

Have never seen it and the trailers warned me exactly why I wouldn't:

"The Crazy Ones is Williams being Williams, which used to be a thing a while ago but now seems more like a thing you’ve seen too many times."

I watched twice but it annoyed me!

I DO like Robin but not in this! Disappointed for SMG though!

Well, I'm sure it was not the material that attracted SMG to the role. She is probably really enjoying working with Robin Williams. (I know James Marsters has always talked about being a fan boy of Leonard Nimoy's. I'm sure JM would take ANY opportunity for them to work together) Maybe it will lead to something better for them both in future.  

PAM DAWBER TO REUNITE WITH ROBIN WILLIAMS IN AN UPCOMING EPISODE OF "THE CRAZY ONES"

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 24, 2014 - Pam Dawber will reunite with Robin Williams three decades after the series finale of their hit sitcom, "Mork and Mindy," when she guest stars on an episode of THE CRAZY ONES to be broadcast later this season. In the episode, Dawber plays a free-spirited author who goes on a date with Williams' Simon Roberts soon after his faith in everlasting love is shaken by the break-up of a couple near and dear to him.

"It will be a joy to work with her again," said Robin Williams. "It's a dream come true."

"I'm so excited to be able to see and work with Robin again," said Dawber. "I hear THE CRAZY ONES' set is a very happy one. I know it'll be a great week!"

Cancelled.

Never saw it.

Don't think you missed a lot. But this show has the distinction of having pulled the highest ratings of any of the shows that were cancelled recently.
