Gene Hackman

How come we never ran into him in Santa Fe? We have got to start spending longer time there.

The same could be said for Shirley McClaine, Julia Roberts (although her ranch is near Taos) and George R.R. Martin, who owns a theater in SF.

It was the part about him getting into writing books that I thought would make him someone Board Momma would be excited about...course that goes for George R.R. Martin, too.

Reading this almost a year later than it was posted makes me so embarrassed. I am so sorry.

I have always been a big fan of Gene Hackman. Would love to meet him! I just added Pursuit to my wish list on Amazon. So, when I get a free nano second. I'll read it.


George R.R. Martin on the other hand....is a very well respected writer of course but he doesn't reach out to his fans like most writers are doing today. I wouldn't mind meeting him. I'm just not so sure we'd have a lot to talk about.
