BB day 35/40

Nothing important happening today, tomorrow's CBS show will be the recording of Saturday's BOB and noms.

Amber probably will be booted on Thursday since they think she is a bigger threat than Jocasta....who is a zero threat btw. Caleb is living in a dream world as usual and it will be interesting to see how he will react when his fantasy relationship with Amber is dashed.

‘Big Brother 16′ Counting The Votes In Week 5

“Operation Brittany” is in effect this week as the Big Brother 16 Houseguests have resumed their mission to blindside this week’s target. No easy feat considering their plan was already exposed, but that’s not going to stop them.

There will be nine votes on Big Brother this week which means no chance of a tie and Frankie Grande’s role is over for the week. So which nominee can avoid racking up five votes against her? Let’s count them up.

The Brittany “operation” is a reference to the HGs tricking the target in to believing she is safe for the week. This seems to be part sport and a larger part of trying to keep the target from blowing anything up as they wait to get to eviction night. Right now, Amber is that target.

Yesterday when Amber was renominated she realized she was in real trouble and so did Caleb. Caleb went around the house scrambling to gather votes to keep Amber safety after realizing he had put her in the way of danger to soothe his ego. Nothing like a little time to wash away reality though.

By this morning Caleb was back to asserting he was in control as the HGs were telling them overnight that they were going to vote to keep Amber. I think Amber is a little more cautious about her chances as she told Caleb the guys had possibly formed a new alliance without. “I run the alliance,” said Caleb. “I. Run. It,” he added for emphasis.

At this point the only person I see voting to keep Amber is Caleb in which case we’d get a 8-1 eviction vote with only Caleb casting a vote against Jocasta.

As always though, we are still a long ways away from Thursday night’s vote and much can change. Can Amber pull another four votes in to keep her around? I’m doubtful, but you never know.

It was a pretty lazy and quiet day in the Big Brother 16 house, which you sometimes have when there’s a blindside in the works. Amber and Caleb think Amber is staying, but everyone else plans to vote her out. So unless someone spills the news, we might have a pretty quiet week up until Thursday. Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds so far today in the house.

Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Tuesday, July 29, 2014:

10:13 AM BBT – Feeds cut for wake-up call.

10:26 AM BBT – Feeds return. HGs starting to move about.

10:40 AM BBT – HGs are locked down. They’re wondering if there will be a luxury competition.

11:55 AM BBT – Indoor lockdown is over.

12:32 PM BBT – Caleb tells Christine he’s glad Amber isn’t going home because he’d feel partially responsible (little does he know, the plan is to evict Amber). He also shares his suspicions within the alliance. He says something isn’t right. He also tells her that he’s going to try to make a deal with Victoria. He says he’s the reasons she’s off the block because he told Hayden to use the veto.

12:38 PM BBT – Amber and Nicole talking about how a girl HAS to win HOH this week before they’re all evicted. Amber promises not to nominate Nicole this week (she thinks she’s staying).

12:45 PM BBT – Caleb tells Christine that he had Frankie shaking yesterday and that he’s afraid of him.

12:49 PM BBT – Frankie has the HOH camera.

12:55 PM BBT – Frankie is taking pictures with the HOH camera.

1:04 PM BBT – Caleb tells Frankie that he was “bawling” in his goodbye message to Amber.

1:06 PM BBT – Victoria tells Caleb she doesn’t know who she’s voting out.

1:32 PM BBT – Another lockdown is called. HGs speculating why. But the lockdown only lasts about 10 minutes.

1:55 PM BBT – Frankie talking about doing the HOH tweets and says he was asked questions from people on Twitter.

2:35 PM BBT – Victoria is talking to Hayden about Nicole thinking she flirts with Hayden. Victoria keeps talking about who flirts with whom and says that she feels she can only confide in Hayden and Derrick and that she isn’t trying to upset Nicole by talking to him.

So Amber should be leaving this week and Caleb might be following close behind. But then again, these HGs chance their mind at the drop of a hat.
