One of my favorite characters was Tosh from Torchwood. Well I just heard that actress Naoko Mori is set to star in AMC’s original series Humans opposite Merlin‘s Colin Morgan, premiering on June 28.

This looks good. Whether the robots are portrayed "too creepily" remains to be seen. Meanwhile......

So it's set in a "parallel present". This gives some opportunity to show other differences, other than the androids. But they probably won't go to the extent that Fringe did in having differences with "this world".

It should be pretty good, AMC is on a roll with good productions.

With all the new shows starting I've had to redo my Sun. night sched. , so here's what it looks like now:

7 pm . Big Brother - live, Humans - DVR

8 pm. Halt and Catch Fire - live. Falling Skies - DVR

9 pm The Last Ship - live.

10 pm True Detective - live.

11 pm to 12 pm Ballers/The Brink - DVR

I could shuffle the live/DVR order around somewhat but this seems the best for me. Big Brother and the 10 pm HBO show must always be watched live.

Yeah my DRV is busy on Sunday. Penny Dreadful is ending soon and Ray Donovan will be starting up. Salem is over and Manhattan will be starting season 2.

I watched the first episode of Brink. I still need to watch the second to see if I'll continue watching.

Manhattan production finishes on July 21st. Don't know the premier date yet...
