The twin twist is revealed but it won't make any difference in tonight's eviction vote where Da'vonne is expected to be the bootee.

After last week’s unsurprising near unanimous vote (save Audrey’s hinky vote) it looks like we could be getting another run at the Thursday night dull. Houseguests love the house-vote because it keeps them from being the stand out who gets targeted. Fans hate the house-vote because it’s boring! So what will we get this week & could the Last Laugh twist help prevent that?
So we know Da’Vonne won the Last Laugh twist and its vote-killing power. That means she just needs 5 votes to evict Meg and stay in the game. Let me jump to the finish line: it isn’t happening.
I went through the numbers over and over again looking for Day’s escape to safety. 15 mins trapped in an MRI tube this morning provides lots of time to concentrate. (Shoulder injury, nothing major.) They just aren’t there. She won’t get to 5 votes. Sorry, Feeds drama, you’re about to take a hit.
Day could get Jason and Liz right now with the latter as thanks for saving her in Week 1 for the Fast Forward safety. Liz has promised Day she’d work on Austin, but he’s reiterated to Meg as recent as this morning that he’s keeping Meg. That means she needs another 3 votes.
Audrey has been freaking Meg out after telling her the house has flipped against her, but this is just typical Audrey gameplay and hasn’t been backed up. The refreshed Audrey s**t-stirring is a whole other topic the HGs are realizing today on the Live Feeds. Good times as usual.
Meg has the votes to stay. She’s got Clay, Vanessa, Austin, Audrey, Jeff, James, John, Becky… I don’t even need to go on because even with Day’s 3-vote-eraser that’s 5 votes against Day and she’s gone.
Stranger things have happened in the Big Brother house and nothing is official until Julie Chen says so, but if the vote were held right now we’d see Da’Vonne Rogers evicted from Big Brother 17. Think that’ll happen? Vote in our poll below:
Big Brother Twin Reveals: “My Name Is Julia”

The Big Brother Twin Twist is formally out of the bag after Julia Nolan revealed to Vanessa Rousso, “I’m not Liz.” Da’Vonne Rogers was right and the ruse is up. So how did it happen and what now?

Overnight the House has seen an interesting potential shift with the votes and that’s got the Big Brother 17 Houseguests talking more than usual. More talking means more sharing and soon we found Vanessa putting the big question right to “Liz.”
Flashback to 2:08 AM BBT Cams 3/4 on your Live Feeds (get the Free Trial now to start watching). Vanessa is telling the Nolan sister that Day can’t be trusted in the long run as they debate her attempt to flip the vote and stay over Meg. As they discuss having an alliance and numbers Vanessa point blank asks her, “is it true?”
Meet Julia. She reveals to Vanessa that yes, she and her sister Liz are twins and they’ve both been playing the game. Julia tells her she’s so relieved to have that off her chest as they giggle and celebrate the big news.
Julia says she and Liz trust Vanessa “100%.” Vanessa in turn warns her over all the visible differences between them including a birthmark on their back, hair color, and the way they talk. Julia confirms that Da’Vonne had caught her on Monday when she asked to see her glasses but then stared at her face.
Panic is on Julia’s mind as she fears the whole house knows. Well, everyone but Austin & Audrey have been told, but she doesn’t know that for sure. Vanessa says the best bet to keep her safe is to join up with Austin, Shelli, and Clay. Then if they can get Liz and Julia through the fifth eviction they’ll have a sixth vote.
Vanessa is confident they can throw off the rest of the house by simply telling them they inspected “Liz” and they’re both the same. Nah, too late, the other side of the house knows and once they recognize you’re trying to protect her they’ll move in for the kill. (Or at least they should!)
Both agree that they don’t tell the whole house, but they need to confirm the news to Shelli and Clay. Flashback to 3:10AM BBT for part two of the night’s Twin Twist reveal.
Shelli and Clay are on board with bringing Liz and Julia in to the fold along and want to tell Austin on Thursday. Shelli asks Vanessa to wait to tell him about the twins when he’s in the HoH room so she can see his reaction. They’ll have to hold the meeting early before they lose the room to show preparations.
Should be an interesting day and even more interesting few weeks ahead as we see how the house decides to handle the twins. Their secrecy is over, but will Big Brother continue to have them swap out and pretend? I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to milk it longer for the show while we watch away on the Feeds.
What would you do with Liz and Julia? Try to get “Liz” evicted before they can both play or let it ride and make a play for their votes later?

'Big Brother 17' Spoilers: The Twin Twist Is Officially Out
Thursday, July 09, 2015
John Kubicek
Senior Writer, BuddyTV
The Twin Twist of Big Brother 17 is no longer a secret. While Da'Vonne clued in most of the house about her suspicions of Liz earlier in the week, now the twins themselves have confirmed it to another HG.
SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 17 spoilers.
.
Around 2am on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, Julia, Liz's twin sister, confirmed to Vanessa that she's doing the Twin Twist. So it turns out Julia is the one everyone refers to as Skinny Minnie, the mean one, while Liz is Thickums, the one most people like.
Julia told Vanessa all about it and Vanessa wants to help figure out a way to work with them and save them until week 5, when they can both come into the house. Vanessa then ran upstairs to tell Shelli and Clay all about this. The plan is to tell Austin as well so the five (eventually six) of them can work together.
This all started Monday when Da'Vonne really figured out that Liz was a twin. It quickly spread to Jason, James, Meg, Jeff, Jackie, Steve, Clay, Shelli, Vanessa, Becky and Johnny Mac.
Vanessa tried coaching Julia on how to cover up and lie to trick people into thinking they're not really twins. That's going to be a tall order since people like Jason and Steve remember season 5 and know all about the twist, while people like Vanessa, Clay and the twins have absolutely no real knowledge about the history of the game. It also turns out that Liz and Julia talked on Wednesday in the DR, so apparently they are allowed to have meetings without switching.
This revelation has sealed Da'Vonne's fate as Vanessa and Liz are definitely voting her out because she's too smart and she's the one who figured out the twist. And Audrey is their major target for next week.
UPDATE: After waking up on Thursday morning, Julia met with Shelli and Clay, who were excited to be in on her secret. And Vanessa finally told Austin about the twins, which he somehow had absolutely no idea about.
All of this is very confusing, because apparently the twins are allowed to reveal the twist to other HGs, which is different from season 5. It's also dramatically different from almost every other secret Big Brother twist. America's Player, the Saboteur and Team America were all explicitly not allowed to tell anyone about their secrets, and I believe if people found out they would possibly have been expelled or lost all of the money they'd won with the twist.
It's definitely going to be crazy going forward. Can Vanessa and the twins really make people think the Twin Twist isn't real? Will they be able to protect the twins until after the fifth eviction? Will the house figure out that Vanessa, Austin, Clay, Shelli and the twins are working together and target them?
