BB day 67
With Paul and Victor both on the block now, the other HGs had better get their act together and make sure that one of them, stays on the block until Thursday, especially Paul, or one of them could be going all the way to the $500K !
‘Big Brother 18’ Live Feeds: Paul Launches Operation Callout Against Nicole & Corey

Feeds were hot last night in the Big Brother 18 house as the latest nominations took a surprise swing for the targets but neither were about to take it laying down.
Nicole and Paul face off on BB18
The game fired up right away following the ceremony and kept rolling through the night as Paul worked to change the tide. Then, in an effort to keep the momentum rolling, Paul launched “Operation Callout” to apply the pressure and heat to his renewed target.
Paul took just a few minutes to collect himself after chatting with Victor following the reveal of their nominations. Victor knew in advance but it sounds like Paul had more a surprise and he really didn’t like the “liar and manipulator” speech Michelle gave him. They were soon arguing it out (Flashback to 7:19 PM BBT 8/19) as Paul demanded to know when he had lied to Michelle. Eventually things calmed and cooler discussions prevailed with a big shift in plans.
Paul worked the room with Natalie and Michelle to convince them that Nicole and Corey were the real threat and he had been and would remain their ally. A big issue for Natalie had been she was told by Nicole that Paul had told Paulie that James was coming after Nicole and Corey. Natalie didn’t like that Paul was making James a target for Nicorey. Paul vehemently denied this claim saying it would make no sense. Why would he out their plan to Paulie on the 1:8 chance of Paulie coming back?
Michelle and Natalie start to admit they made a mistake and ask for time to discuss it privately. James wasn’t crazy about changing their targets and expressed the concern after Paul had left. Sounds like he’s being overridden on this one by Michelle and Natalie, though remember that they don’t have any votes this week and James could end up being the pivot vote. That’s another discussion though.
Later as Paul continued to talk with Natalie and Michelle he raised the idea of calling out Nicole and Corey for convincing the HOHs that he was a liar and should be the target instead of them. Flashback to 12:12 AM BBT 8/20 and get ready.
Nicole is in the kitchen while Corey was in the DR when Paul starts things off. He wants to know what he lied about and how he is a manipulator. He’s not yelling at her, but his voice is definitely raised. Paul challenges Nicole to give him an explanation of what she told Natalie since it’s the reason he’s now on the Block.
Nicole denies that she’s the reason he’s on the Block. Paul counters that of course she is the reason since she lied to Natalie to keep the heat off herself and Corey. He keeps taking it back to things Nicole told them that Paulie supposedly told her about Paul telling him (the claim that James was targeting Nicole & Corey). Paul says the problem here is that Paulie is gone so they can’t ask him about it so there’s no way to prove her claim (or disprove it).
We’re not over yet though as things kept rolling…
Paul continues calling Nicole out on things like being involved in discussions about targeting James, though Nicole says she immediately told James about that. Nicole insists that she didn’t make anything up about him. Paul doesn’t budge and says she did and he’s on the Block because of her.
Several more minutes of this and we’ve get Corey busting in shouting that his patriotard punishment is over. He marches in and starts to strip before realizing what’s going on. “Ohh, are you all fighting??” Hah. Corey proceeds to strip off his costume right there as he listens in.
Paul resumes the challenging and Nicole is arguing back while Corey is completely distracted and celebrating the end of his costume as he remains completely detached from the situation unfolding around him. Corey finally starts to participate and questions why Paul is coming after Nicole like this.
Paul calls out Nicole for giving him the same kinds of responses she told Frank when he called her out for the same behavior. Talks run in circles for quite awhile as we’re still watching this twenty minutes after it started. Upstairs Michelle and James update Natalie who was in the shower the whole time. Few minutes later Nicole and Corey are upstairs in the HoH room trying to figure things out. Flashback to 12:40 AM BBT for that event.
Meanwhile downstairs Paul tells Victor that Nicole is running scared. Paul says even if he goes this week then he isn’t going to go quietly. I believe it.
After things have calmed and the room is clear James tells Natalie that Nicole and Corey still wouldn’t come after them. Yes, James is throwing a wet blanket on Paul’s efforts. In much later talks it did sound like James may come around to Natalie and Michelle’s new plan, but I doubt he’ll do it with a smile unless there are more revelations. We’ve got a long week ahead and plenty of drama to go. Paul has promised a full on pots & pans (literally) approach to the week.
Next up we’ve got the Veto competition and the players have been picked. Get the latest details on the competition which started, in a way, overnight and who is playing for PoV today. If Paul gets it then he’ll save himself of course, but we might actually see Victor come down if one of the HoHs wins it. Michelle definitely wants Victor to stay if she has to pick between Paul and Victor.
What do you think of Paul’s tactics here? Good game move or was it too over the top? Share your thoughts below.

Re: BB day 67
So Paul wins POV , and will certainly save himself. Whoever replaces him will most likely be safe from eviction since Victor now seems to be the target. If he is evicted it will be the second time, and again there will be a 'Battle Back' comp on Thursday to give the Jury House evictees a chance to come back. If he wins that again it would be a hoot.
‘Big Brother 18’ Spoilers: Week 9 Veto Competition Results – Who Won PoV?

Big Brother spoilers are in for the Power of Veto competition after this week’s nominations were revealed Friday through the Feeds. With the list of remaining Houseguests shrinking all but one of them competed today with the results potentially deciding which side of the house would survive the week.
Power of Veto Medallion on Big Brother
After nominations were revealed the house got hot fast as the main target was caught off guard and had to work quickly to see if he could undo his position in the game. Overnight tensions continued to build after this week’s two HoH’s decided they made need that Veto to reverse their earlier decisions. How long would that attitude last?

Big Brother 18 Spoilers: Week 9 Veto Competition Results:
Paul won the Power of Veto!
Houseguests were kept up overnight as they heard “BB Storm Watch” alerts from Big Brother. These alerts included lots of details from storms named after evicted HGs. They had to recall these details in this week’s Veto comp. Nicole and Corey did a lot of sleeping that night while Paul, Victor, and Michelle stayed up all night studying.
This week we’ve got two HoHs, Michelle and Natalie, along with the two nominees, Victor and Paul. That left two opens which were filled by James and Corey. Only Nicole didn’t participate but she did host the competition.
Overnight Natalie and Michelle agreed they had made a mistake and wanted Corey up and out instead of Paul. Fast forward to this afternoon to find Natalie and James talking with James encouraging Nat that whatever she wanted he’d do, but he was pushing hard for Paul to remain the target. James is confident Nicole and Corey wouldn’t target him and Natalie.
Going in to the competition it sounded like James, Natalie, and Michelle would all save Victor if they won it which put Paul completely on his own. Looks like Paul just saved his whole game right here with this win.
Michelle nominated Paul so this renom will be up to her. She’s only got 3 options: James, Nicole, or Corey. Right now I figure it’s gotta be Corey but I suppose you never know. We’ll find out over the next few days what they’ll do and then it’ll be official after Monday’s ceremony.
Oh my. Michelle just told Natalie, James, and Paul that she wants Nicole out this week instead of Corey. She asked if they’d vote that way for her. Paul agreed but is concerned about that last Care Package (only Paul, Victor & Corey are eligible, so voting out Corey makes sure Victor or Paul gets it). James didn’t commit to the idea.
What do you think of the PoV Comp results? What should happen at the ceremony? The Veto Ceremony will be coming up on Monday and we’ll post spoilers when they happen.
