I just heard about this yesterday and saw a trailer. It's already available on Netflik. Will watch today. I don't know why it has that title since the plot doesn't seem to fit in with the first two Cloverfield movies. But then #2 didn't fit in with #1 either, although there are explanations out there that attempt to do so. When Abrams made the first Cloverfield movie about the monster invading NYC it 'put him on the map' pretty much as a S-F producer.
There are a bunch of new originals on Netflik in 2018. Scroll down , select one and new ones pop up each time.

Re: Cloverfield Paradox
I watched the whole thing......only an hour 42. I don't know why it has Paradox in the title. I saw no paradox. It does include the common S-F elements of "peril in space" and alternate dimensions, and in this case entangled alternate dimensions, which isn't a good thing. The only relationship to Cloverfield #1 and #2 is some ambiguity as to resolutions. That's as much as I can say without spoilers. It's worth watching and probably won't be the last of the 'Cloverfield' series.

Re: Cloverfield Paradox
There's a bunch of explanations on You Tube about how the three Cloverfield productions fit together. J.J. Abrams likes to put little 'Easter Eggs' into each production using names and titles from his earlier productions all the way back to Lost. You have to be a real geek to remember them. These productions have "riled up" the Geek-verse like no other in recent memory. My main objection was when Odette Yustman (later Odette Anable, after she married Dave Anable) and her screen boyfriend in the original Cloverfield were apparently buried alive in the collapsed Central Park tunnel in NYC. This created some outrage among her fan-boys and scenarios were invented where she could have been saved and Abrams even admitted that there were alternate endings considered.

The next Cloverfield will be out in Oct., they think. It takes place in WWII. Several American paratroopers are in the force that parachuted behind German lines on D-Day. They encounter a village where German troops are and discover that they are using supernatural forces, possibly from alien technology. That's about all that is known now.
