Krypton

The first ep was good. A good look at the 'back story' of Krypton with Superman's grandfather, who is something of a doofus or at least a hothead.  Plenty of futuristic gizmos to show the  advanced culture of Krypton with "Guilds", etc. but not too much 'over the top' stuff that could detract from the story.

Interesting to see Paula Malcomson playing his mother with more of an  Aussie accent rather than her native Irish accent, but most of her roles require an American accent so any difference is noticeable......'Deadwood, Ray Donovan, Sons of Anarchy, Caprica, etc. .

I just caught the trailer. Looked good.

Craig and I saw the Pilot this evening on Demand. It's different but I think I liked it. Craig wanted to know when it came on and after I told him. He said he wanted to see it.
