'Big Brother 14' Spoilers: Who Are the Week 5 Have-Nots?
Friday, August 10, 2012

John Kubicek
Senior Writer, BuddyTV

For the first time all season on Big Brother 14, there's an actual competition to decide who the Have-Nots for the week are. And also for the first time, the former coaches are eligible. So who's on Slop for the week and what food did America choose for them?

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 14 spoilers.

Shane, Britney, Danielle and Joe are Have-Nots.

The Have-Not food is Candy Canes and Cod.

This marks Shane's third time as a Have-Not and Danielle and Joe's second time. And for the second time in a row, the food America chose includes a fish, which is a good deal for the Have-Nots.

There were two teams and two HGs from each team dressed up like lemons and had to absorb juice (so it's probably similar to the Space Cow competition from last season). Ashley has been suffering from severe back pain lately, so she didn't compete and it sounds like Jenn didn't either, so the winning team was Dan, Boogie, Wil and Ian.

Britney and Danielle wore the costumes and Britney is VERY angry with Joe for the way he acted in the competition. Bteween Joe being the odd man out with the eviction vote and now being a Have-Not, he's gonna be madder than a rooster in a hen house full of hens wearing chastity belts. That sounds like something he'd say, right? Just imagine it LOUDER.

But this is all prelude to the day's big event as Frank will nominate two players for eviction. Joe still seems to be a target in everyone's mind, though Frank and Boogie have also tossed around the ideas of getting rid of Wil first (he's very shady and evaded answering questions) or maybe even backdooring Dan (which probably won't happen as it's too early for that kind of major move). The real question is who will be the pawn sitting next to Joe and whether the Silent Six will stick together, seeing as how no big alliance has seemed to last more than a week in this house.

Frank Eudy nominated Joe Arvin and Wil Heuser for eviction

And, I bet you’re thinking that Joe is Frank’s #1 target right? Think again .. and then again as you continue to read...

12:10 PM BBT
Cam 3

Frank- I’m not gonna lie to you, I’d like to send Dan home this week if at all possible
Boogie- really?
Frank- yeah he’s been trying to get me out... and like he said... two's company, three's a crowd
Boogie- the problem with that is .. who would you put him up against? He’d have the votes.

Frank – We put Joe and Wil up and if you or I win the PoV, we use it on Joe and put Dan up ...
Boogie- then we are not trustworthy at all to anyone
Frank- I agree ... but how are they trustworthy to me Mike???
Boogie- it’s just that we’ve built something now and I think it’s too early, and he’s good, so if you are gonna make a run on someone like that, you got to make sure you can get him out.

They agree they do not want to be with Dan in the Finals...

Wil comes in ... The upcoming conversation is FLASHBACK worthy for sure! 8/10 Cam 3 12:15 PM BBT

Wil – Just wanted to say that if you want to put me up against Joe, no hard feelings.
Boogie- if he were to put you up, there are people that would give consideration to sending you home, but we’d have to mange that .. because we would like to work with you .. am I articulating that right?

BB tells Wil to put his mic on .. he has to go downstairs to get it ..

Frank - He didn't like hearing it.
Boogie - We've gotta get out of him who his target is, even if it's not true.

Once back... and in-between a few fish....

Wil- it’s also good in this game for 2 targets like you ( Frank) and Shane to work together. He goes on to say that he will not say who his target might be if he won HoH

Boogie- well the thing is for us, if the 4 of them are solid, Dan and Britney have spend some good time trying to pull Ian away from Frank and I, and even though Ian is not really playing the game, you know, he really does want to win HoH, which probably isn’t in his best interest, but he doesn’t realize that.. Wil- yeah Boogie- so, it’s scary for us, if he were to win, if they could talk him into you know Wil- mm hmm Boogie – especially fresh off and HoH win, it’s easy to say to someone “he just won HoH” ..and Shane’s HoH is a distant memory now, but we can’t forget how dangerous he is. But, if we did do one of each, one of Danielle’s boys... then the 3 of them.. well that’s just not a good nomination... Joe just needs to go in general ...

Frank- he came up here this morning begging to make it to jury
Wil- I guess that’s his only move at this point .. Well... it’s good to be in the know ...just thought I’d throw it out here... no hard feelings...if I go up... I expect it .. so

Boogie- that’s it?

Wil- yeah ...
Boogie – OK then...

Wil- I’m certainly not gonna make any promises for anything next week, we’ll see how the PoV goes..and then talk... ok?
Boogie- later!

Wil - later taters ....

Wil- -Peace!

Frank – he’s coming after us hard core if we put him up...it’s obvious ..
Boogie- then why don’t we just take him out ..
Frank- I know
Boogie- I don’t like that attitude at all ...
Frank- I don’t like it either
Boogie- he’s in that position ... he’s acting Big Willie style..
Frank- yeah
Boogie- I’ll put up with Joe’s attitude for another week
Frank – exactly.. I mean that’s what I’m thinking right now
Boogie- why don’t we f....... back door him ..
Frank- who would we put up?
Boogie- Ian .. f.... it put me up .. let me play in the PoV...
Frank- that might be too much of a risk...
Boogie- but he’s f...... coming after us, and he knows that the six of us are working together ... he’ll put us up
Frank- yeah ... unless we don’t put him up .. and that’s still an option
Boogie- I don’t know.. with that attitude that he just had....I don’t know that he wouldn’t just go ahead and do it
Frank- yeah I agree...

Boogie- he’s a flipper
Frank- he’s a flipper big time ..and that whole thing that he just did .. might have just cemented the plan to get him out ..like Britney said. Boogie- we need to get in Shane and Britney’s ear soon, if he’s ( Wil’s ) acting like that ... he’s in their ear right now and these people need tons of reassurance, they are f....... p.........

They talk again about how now with Wil’s attitude that they would just as soon take him out and they can deal with Joe another week in the house. And, that Wil would have a better chance of winning HoH next week over Joe. And, even more than that, once Wil was gone, they could leverage Joe and use him.

Frank- but you are on board with getting Dan out sometime soon
Boogie- yeah.. but you got to realize that it’s too soon
Frank- I just worry about me getting put back up and Dan snaking the votes to get me out. Boogie- yeah I dunno ....

Frank- I am just shocked at Wil
Boogie- me too.. and he just did himself so much more damage...

Evicted ‘Big Brother’ Star Janelle Pierzina: Houseguests Are Hoarding Items for Ebay

by Carole Glines | August 10, 2012 at 3:22 PM | Big Brother, Interviews

Janelle Pierzina on Big Brother (CBS)

Sexy Janelle Pierzina was considered one of the best players ever on “Big Brother” after finishing third place in both the show’s 6th and All-Star editions. But Thursday night, during her third appearance on the hit CBS reality show, Janelle got a swift and shocking eviction.

The crafty blonde had joined “Big Brother” 14 as a coach this time, along with other former stars Dan Gheesling, Britney Haynes, and Mike “Boogie” Malin. However, the game was completely changed this week when three of the four coaches, including Janelle, voted to end their mentoring role and re-enter the game as players. Sadly, the move backfired on Janelle when Boogie convinced the other houseguests to form an alliance called the “Silent Six” to vote her off.

But Janelle’s certainly not silent. Here, in an exclusive interview with Xfinitytv.com, the resilient wife and mom reveals what went wrong, her opinion on Boogie’s manipulations, who she thinks will win and the other houseguests’ plans to cash in by selling “Big Brother” items on EBay!

How does it feel being evicted?
It doesn’t feel that great. It’s definitely a feeling I’ve experienced before. I wasn’t surprised. I knew that I’d probably get voted out because I was basically back doored.

You’ve done really well on the show twice before. What happened this time?
I think people wanted to back door me because they knew that I could save myself. [If I had to do it over again] I probably would have sacrificed [my team members] Wil [Heuser] and Joe [Arvin] more and just said, okay, you guys can get rid of them.

At this point, Boogie seems in charge in the house — and he spearheaded your eviction. What do you think of him?
Mike Boogie is a super emotional player. I mean, he can say all he wants about me. I think that his chances of winning are pretty slim because of the smear campaign I did on him week one so I wish the best to him, but I doubt he’ll win. Everyone in the house hates him. There are definitely people in the house he could beat but his chances are a lot less than Dan or Britney, I think. [He went against me] because he still has old feelings from All-Stars. He definitely saw me as a huge threat.

What do you think of Danielle [Murphree], who nominated you for eviction?
I don’t think she’s a very strong-minded person because she obviously just did what people told her to do. She’s very weak, I guess, which is too bad. I think she’s a nice girl.

Frank [Eudy] looks like a strong player. What’s your opinion of him?
Frank is a nice guy but he’s just so loud and obnoxious he really got on my nerves and I didn’t like that his best friend in the house was Boogie so we didn’t get along that well because of that factor. [But] I think Frank has all the qualities to win–everything! His social game is good. I feel that he will be a great physical competitor. He’s got Boogie and all the newbies on his side.

Who other than Frank could win?
I think Dan could win and I hope he does!

It seemed like you and Britney were friends. She betrayed you. What happened?
She didn’t back me up and I’m really disappointed that she, out of all the people, would do that to me. It definitely hurts my feelings. I would never have done that to her.

Why did you decide to be on “Big Brother” a third time?
Just for the chance to play again and possibly win! I loved being a coach. I got a lot of information in the house; people would come to me with things.

Was it a mistake for you to vote to be a player again?
It was a risk I was definitely willing to take, that’s why I pressed the [re-set] button because I did want to play as a houseguest and not as a coach anymore. It wasn’t about the money; I just wanted the title. I wanted to win!

Who will you miss most of the other competitors and why?
Hmm. Probably Joe [Arvin]. He reminds me of a grown-up, older Howie [Gordon, from season 6]. To a certain extent, Britney—but [sighs] she’s been such a backstabber. I’ll definitely miss Dan because he gave me hints that I was leaving and I appreciated that. Britney just lied to me continuously. Dan never did—he gave me a head’s up.

Did you take home anything from the “Big Brother” house?
Not really. Frank saved a bean from the tortilla chip competition. They’re saving weird things [because] they think that everything is so EBay marketable. I think the whole EBay thing this year has gotten out of control. These people are fricking nuts. They’re saving beans and napkins from competitions! I have my memories in my head. I don’t need napkins.

The house looks so disorienting. Did you get any sleep?
This year I did not get much sleep at all. I definitely slept less than when I had a newborn baby!

What did you learn about yourself this time around?
Nothing really new. I’m still the same player I was in both my past seasons. I guess I’ve learned I still probably trust people too much and I’m super loyal even when I know I shouldn’t be.

What are you doing next?
I’m a stay-at-home wife and mom. I think I’m going to continue doing that; it’s my favorite job ever. My daughter will be eight months on August 14th. I’m always at home with my daughter. It consumes all my time. I love it!

Would you do Big Brother again in any capacity—or another reality show?
If it was just for a short while, yes.
