'Big Brother 14' Spoilers: Who Won the HoH After the Double Eviction?
John Kubicek

There's nowhere left to hide on Big Brother 14. Just like last season, the double eviction episode saw a huge betrayal and a massive shift in alliances. Now the power is up for grabs and with only eight HGs left, the end is almost in sight.

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 14 spoilers.

On the double eviction episode, Boogie was sent home, Ian won the HoH and exposed himself as the one who betrayed Boogie. Ian nominated Frank and Ashley, Frank won the Power of Veto, Joe was the replacement nominee and Ashley was evicted, becoming the first member of the jury. Click HERE to read what happened between the end of the episode and the start of the HoH competition.

On Wednesday night the HGs were each given five minutes to practice on a big board with holes and a ball and strings. It's a skill competition similar to the snake game after last season's double eviction (which Porsche won).

FRANK WON HOH!

Sigh. It seems Frank has 1,000 lives. Now he can finally get his revenge on Dan. However, Shane and Britney tried making a deal with Frank where he would put up Dan and Joe, but then they would betray Frank and actually vote to keep Dan and evict Joe. Is Frank stupid enough to fall fr that, or is he going to nominate two people from the Britney/Shane/Dan/Danielle group?

Who Is the Week 7 Have-Not?>>

He'll probably go for the latter, since when Big Brother: After Dark began Frank told Joe he's not going to be nominated. I'm definitely guessing we'll get Dan and Danielle or, more likely, Dan and Shane nominated.

Frank has now won five out of the last six competitions he's played in. This is just getting annoying. But unless he wins next week's Power of Veto (or gets a special power), I'm guessing he'll be evicted in two weeks.

Why I Hate Frank>>

The win also pushes Frank to three HoH wins and three PoV wins. He's now in a very rare class of people who have won six competitions in a single season. That list only includes Rachel Reilly from season 13, Daniele Donato from season 8 and Janelle Pierzina from season 7. So he's the first guy to do it. Also, there are only 10 people who have ever won three HoHs in a single season, and six of them were winners.

Now I just hope and pray that Frank doesn't get some stupid special power from a Pandora's Box that gives him even more lives. I know the show loves the "Fighting from Day 1" storyline like they had with Rachel, but I'm so tired of Frank. I don't want to hear him say "Who wants to see my HoH room!" for a third time, I don't want to hear him say "Preesh" and I just generally don't want him in this game anymore.

'Big Brother 14' Spoilers: Who Is the Week 7 Have-Not?
Friday, August 24, 2012

John Kubicek

This week on Big Brother 14 there is only one Have-Not. Who is it and what food did America choose to give him or her?

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 14 spoilers.

Dan is the Have-Not for the week. He gets to eat Mozzarella and Matzo. It's not quite as good as getting some type of fish, but, as Ian points out, it does mean Dan can try to make his own mini-pizzas. A Matzo-rella pizza sounds delicious.

It sounds like Dan volunteered, though I suspect the new HoH (Frank) got to pick the Have-Not for the week, and Dan knew it was going to be him no matter what. This marks his first time ever as a Have-Not since Dan never had to do it on season 10.

And it's obvious the narrative for this week is going to be Dan's struggle. Frank has made it very clear that he blames Dan for everything that happened last week and Frank wants him out (despite Frank's heat-of-the-moment claims that Shane moved up to his number one spot).

Since Dan is a stand-up guy, he's also refusing to throw Ian totally under the bus regarding the Quack Pack. For now, Frank is seemingly going along with the notion that Ian was duped at the last minute by Dan's magical powers of influence. However, Danielle has told Jenn all about Ian and the Quack Pack, so it might be a matter of time before someone spills the beans.

For now, Frank has made it abundantly clear that he is 100 percent locked in on nominating Dan and Danielle, and if Dan wins the Power of Veto, Danielle will be his target, much the same way the HGs just got rid of Frank's closest allies. We'll find out later Friday if Frank sticks to this plan.

So, unfortunately, we could be in store for another dull week of Frank as HoH. The last time he was HoH everything was locked in early and the plan never changed (Joe and Wil as the nominees with Wil as the target). The result was the most painfully boring week of the season.

Dan's only hope of survival is winning the Power of Veto, which he could do. We have no idea what he's capable of because Dan has not played in a single PoV competition this entire season.

If he doesn't win, his days are numbered. Odds are Britney and Shane would vote to keep Danielle, as would Jenn. Joe and Ian might be pliable, but I doubt it.

So now we're in for a week full of Dan reading the Bible in the Have-Not room, seeking spiritual power to help him win and stay in this game. And, on the flip side, we'll have to deal with an entire week of Danielle crying. But I suppose there's nothing new about that.
