House 09-10 Season
Wow, what a wonderful 2-hour season opener last night!!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I must admit at first, I wondered how we were going to watch two hours of Dr. House in a mental institution...with a bunch of mental cases!!!! But after a few minutes it had me hooked.....and did not disappoint!!!!! It made me laugh, it made me cry........all the elements of a GREAT show!!!!!
Highly recommend this one.

Yes, it was screaming "Emmy for Hugh Laurie!" all right. He was awesome. I also loved his room-mate, Lin-Manuel Miranda. He is the guy who won a Tony for writing and starring in "In the Heights" .

Jennifer Morrison Leaving ‘House’

Is there a doctor in the ‘[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]‘?
Because fans of the hit Fox show are about to have a fit when they hear this major casting shake-up.
Jennifer Morrison is leaving the show, reports [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
Morrison, who’s played Dr. Allison Cameron since ‘House’
debuted in 2004, is the first original cast member to leave the series.
She shot her final episode this week, which will air during November sweeps.
There’s no confirmation from Fox or Morrison’s reps, but the actress reportedly did not quit.
“Her exit was a creative decision on the part of producers,”
according to EW, who are “leaving the door open for Morrison to make a
guest appearance later in the season.”
Looks like co-star Olivia Wilde wasn’t kidding at last weekend’s Emmys when [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], “It’s a very different season.”
Wilde is part of the posse of new kids from two seasons ago that
pushed House’s original team of medical mystery solvers to the back
burner–which upset a lot of fans. This latest turn of events is
unlikely to help matters.
During her five-year run on the series, Morrison succumbed to the
‘Kissing Costar’ bug, falling for fellow doc Jesse Spencer (Chase)–who
is staying put on the series. Though they are now married on the show,
the real-life couple called off their year-long engagement in 2007.
Look [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] of Princeton-Plainsboro over the years.
And you thought House’s [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] was big news….
At least with one less female around to compete with, maybe Cuddy can finally get to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
As TV fans, do you prefer to be prepared for a major cast member’s departure in advance like this, or do you prefer the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] of having one killed off without warning like Kal Penn’s Dr. Kutner?

Re: House 09-10 Season
I prefer to know in advance. Especially if it is a character that I have come to care about. Nobody leaving House will bother me much but if I had not known that Spike was going to survive his second death on BTVS and turn up on "Angel", I would have been devastated.
James is still mad the secret was leaked.

Re: House 09-10 Season
I never did understand why they wrote her out of the show last year......she has only had really small parts.....being down in ER of the hospital, we hardly saw her, so for me, she has already been gone.....

Re: House 09-10 Season
Last night's show was pretty good.....it really touched on the sensitive issues of caring for a really bad person, like a Sadam Hussane. And the outcome of this one, woah....blows you away......
It looks from the previews for next week that the story continues.......and this could very well be the storyline that gives them the writing material to have Morrison exit the show.....

Re: House 09-10 Season
Wow, another great episode......the ending was pretty powerful....about the faith of a father, and what he would give up to believe he is giving his son a chance to live.......wow.
Now this is a show with great writing, great acting......I can't say enough about it.

Re: House 09-10 Season
Of course in real life, it would have left the child dead and dad unable to pay hospital bills or get him a decent burial.
But, uh...glad it worked out for them.

Re: House 09-10 Season
I suppose I should try to watch this show more often...have seen it a few times...and since every male animal this side of Timbuktu goes ga-ga over Olivia Wilde there must be something to it.... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Re: House 09-10 Season
Banjo, Olivia Wilde plays a bi-sexual.....I'm sure the guys like the scenes they have shown with her and her "girlfriend".....right now on the show she is with the male black doctor, Omar Epps.
She adds a nice element to the show, but is not the sole factor for why it is so good.

Re: House 09-10 Season
Wow, another great episode last night.....love the little twists in this show. There is one scene that definitely reminds you of Roswell's The White Room with Max.........anyone else catch it??
I did see in my Entertainment Weekly that "House" is the number one show that is recorded on DVR's.....how they know this I do not know?? Are the ratings companies asking what you watch and what you record and watch later????
I do need to get a DVR soon, I have a few conflicts.....

Re: House 09-10 Season
Berry you went bowling with Cuddy, that is fun! What was she like? The characters I've seen her play always have a bit of an edge. I like her a lot. Plus Cuddy is a good character. She was in a little known show I liked called Realitivity some time back.
