Harry Morgan
Just heard on the radio that Harry Morgan has passed away at the the age of 96. That's a grand age and I can only hope to get that far but still, when I heard he was gone tears welled in my eyes. He is most recently remembered in the TV series Mash. And I will really miss him.
Re: Harry Morgan
I grew up with watching him as Joe Friday's partner on Dragnet. He did have a long and successful career. R.I.P. Mr. Morgan

Re: Harry Morgan
Didn't realize that he was that old, but he did have a memorable career. The first thing I saw him in that I remember, it certainly wasn't his first, was Strategic Air Command, 1955 I think, starring Jimmy Stewart. He played a flight engineer on a B-36, and standard protocol for that type of role in those days was as an irreverent, wise cracking jokester.

Re: Harry Morgan
I was sorry to hear this news. He seemed like a very nice person the one time that I got the opportunity to meet him...and I never heard anything but good things about him from the couple of people that I was acquainted with that had worked with him.
RIP Harry
