Continuum, series finale

We were all wondering; will Kiera make it back to 2077 and be reunited with her son ?....well, yes she did make it back but it was a "gut punch" as she sees her son living a happy life with.....herself....who had never accidentally left 2077 to be transported to 2013. The timelines had been changed by several actions in the past, but the future in 2077 had been changed for the better by her and others actions in 2010-2015, so it was  a "happy ending"....of sorts.
