Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

Saw it today. If you like the Star Wars movies in general, you will like it.  It has more detailed sets, aliens, and even action, if you can believe that, than some other SW episodes. Not much 'acting' as such, but pretty much non-stop shooting, explosions, crashes, fights, and general mayhem start to finish.

We are going to see this tomorrow in spite of that review. Jake passed his certification for Nursing Assistant and can now embark on looking for a job in that field. So he gets to pick the celebratory flick.

Turns out I even liked it more than I expected to. I liked the young couple and , of course, the prototype robot!.

Felicity Jones who is the female lead also starred in the last 'avert the apocalypse' movie that Tom Hanks is always in. He was on Kelly! this morning and they knew she would be starring in Rouge One and they tried to get her to tell some plots beforehand, but she wouldn't do it. He did a good imitation of her refusals in her British accent with eye rolling and hand waving.

This is too bad, hope  she comes through okay.
