HBO vs. Netflik ?

How relevant all this is remains to be seen. But it seems to me that Netflik has enough money to produce the sort of big budget shows that HBO is known for. Can/will they do it without charging a premium ? If they can and will, then that would spell trouble for HBO. And that long-time CEO departing doesn't bode well for what HBO can/will do in the future.
