Big Brother week 6

Kyland pulled off the win last night in an unseen competition (wait for it on Sunday’s show) making him the first repeat HOH of the season and the pressure was on to set the plan for Week 6. Now not everyone was happy about his win and we saw some tension between him and Azah as apparently she was naming him versus Sarah in the knockout comp. Stress lines are appearing in the Cookout!
Big Brother 23 Week 6 Nominations:

   Kyland nominated: Claire & Derek F

Neither one has done much this season. Claire did win one comp, Derek F has done absolutely nothing (son of Joe Frazier the boxer) so booting either one won't affect much one way or another, but I hope that Claire stays, she's prettier.  

Kyland was up until after 5:30 AM BBT this morning having his one on one talks and then just a few hours later the wake-up call had them going at it again. When we thought Kyland had settled on his noms plan it was suddenly changing again. Messy, but that’s Big Brother some weeks.

Next up we’ve got the first week of the High Rollers Club and voting has already wrapped up there. I imagine it’ll be a secret reveal on who gets what until HGs are alone and let us or a close ally know how they did. Then we’ll probably get more Feeds downtime for the casino games unless they go straight from BB Bucks reveal to the games.

It's good that Alyssa won POV but I don't understand how the High Rollers vetos work so we've got this....

So Alyssa has a POV and could use it to pull Claire or DF off the block, or not use it at all. But then Kyland has a POV also, does that over ride Alayssa's POV ? It seems so since he has stated what he will do with the present nominees..

Along with HOH Kyland and his noms, Claire & DF, we’ve got Alyssa, Azah, and Britini competing in this week’s Veto battle. Add onto that an extra layer of complexity with this High Rollers Room and we’ve got an interesting situation here. The HGs who elected to participate in this week’s High Roller challenge have placed bets on players in the Veto and whoever picked the right player who wins then gets a second Veto. Oh my.

Bets were placed on Kyland, Alyssa, Azah, and Britini. No bets were placed on Claire or DF. Claire bet on Kyland, Derek F bet on Britini, Kyland bet on Alyssa, and Sarah Beth bet on Azah.
Big Brother 23 Spoilers: Week 6 Veto Competition Results:

   Alyssa won the Power of Veto
   Kyland won a second Veto for his High Rollers bet on Alyssa

Okay, so Alyssa won the Veto and Kyland won off his bet that she would win. So we’ve got ourselves TWO vetoes on play this week. Well that’s different! Time to figure out will happen next and lots of tension already. Sounds like DF wasn’t trying too hard and I’m sure we’ll get more retells on this one before we see it on Wednesday’s episode.

Oh, well wait, that didn’t take long. Kyland just told Xavier that he plans to save Claire and renom Britini as the new target. His reasoning is that she won 100 points in the High Rollers vote and he doesn’t want her around to use those points in the coming two rounds. Ouch!

So he did it and chances are Britini will be evicted on Thurs. and be the first person in jury which isn't such a bad gig other than the fact that there is no chance of winning the 750K and they get to sit around in a really nice house in the hills with a pool for the rest of the season. All the remaining HGs will be on the jury except the final two.

This seems likely. Britini was always 'the cryer' when she was on the block the previous three times so what sort of sobbing will we see when she's actually booted ?

This week the Big Brother 23 perpetual pawn faces actual eviction. But is there still a chance for her? Let’s count the votes.

Britini has once again found herself on the block, but this time she’s sitting up there next to Derek F as the actual target. Kyland had initially wanted to take a shot at Claire this week, but after Britini targeted him and Sarah Beth in the HOH knockout competition, he decided to shift his sights. And the fact that everyone in the house is pretty sure Britini got 100 BB Bucks from America, her fate was all but sealed in Kyland’s mind.

But if the vote was held today, things wouldn’t be so cut and dry. Derek X and Claire really want Britini to stay. And Tiffany isn’t so sure Britini going is good for her game either. But Tiffany is loyal to The Cookout, so I don’t think we will see her flipping her vote. She has been entertaining Claire’s push, but only because Claire knows they’d need to whole house on board to flip the vote on DF, and Tiffany knows that won’t happen, so she can play along.

As for DX, he’s pretty serious about keeping Britini, but when he finds out the votes won’t be there, he’ll have to fall in line.

This is the first week that The Cookout is really being put to the test with their plan, and while Derek F is a huge threat to get dragged to the end, I don’t think we’ll see any faltering. Azah does plan to give Britini a sympathy vote, if there’s no risk of any other votes changing.

So let’s look at the most likely vote scenario.

Votes to Evict Britini: Sarah Beth, Alyssa, Xavier, Tiffany, Claire, Hannah, Derek X

That’s 7-1 in Derek F’s favor. Britini will most likely be heading off to the jury house this week, but there’s still whole day left in Big Brother 23 Week 6.
