Other than the battle scenes right at the end, it was more of a mental/emotional look at the affect on the characters in that time and place. Won't win any awards but worth watching and some good mock-ups of the British gliders used  in the war. But the earlier scene of the mass formation of disparate aircraft flying in very tight formation never happened like that.
