Daybreakers on SyFy

Getting in the mood for the premier of season 6 of True Blood, I saw this on the SyFy sched. and noticed that it was a regular movie production and not a typical Saturday night "monster and/or natural, or unnatural disaster of the week" movie that SyFy likes to roll out all the time.

But no, this one is a "cut above" vampire movie sticking to the accurate mythology while introducing a few new concepts. It stars Ethan Hawke, Willam Dafoe, Sam Neil, and a unknown, to me, female. It's pretty interesting if you like vampire movies at all and if it repeats on SyFy or anywhere, it's worth a look.
