Looks like a pretty good group. Not possible to definitely identify the sociopaths, if any. Some seasons don't have any, this could be one.

On the first ep most of them turned out to be fairly normal. Alan and Joe are both paranoid about someone already finding an Immunity Idol. This does not bode well for their future mental states. Obsessing about it at such an early date has been demonstrated to be not conducive for long survival on the show.
Of course Katrina the Olympic swimmer was the first to be booted after her "Hero" tribe lost the immunity challenge and she was deemed a liability by her team mates. Being booted first on any Survivor season is the worst thing that could happen to anyone. They descend into obscurity never to be heard from again, in any capacity. Ask anyone to name one 'first-bootee' from any of the past 34 seasons....

I think it's over rated as a 'twist'. It would be better if it could have been used beyond the first Tribal Council.

So far they have booted two 'non-entities' which is common early on. Other than Patrick on the Hustler tribe there isn't any obvious mentally or emotionally challenged players. Patrick will have to go pretty soon. The next time that the Hustlers have to go to tribal council he will be the next to go....or at least should be.

Ben's win was popular with the studio audience in the finale and with the fans worldwide. He thought he had lost his chance at the final three when the upside down 'U' knocked him out of the final immunity challenge. But his win in the fire-making contest brought him back to the final 3 and the win.
