I've already forgotten who was on Celebrity BB last year so am not wildly enthusiastic about this year. IF they could find some REAL celebs willing to do it then maybe......but meanwhile the regular BB20 will probably be better with its unknown HGs and potential sociopaths.

Still too early to see any info on who the HGs will be. They usually reveal within one week of the start date.

They usually don't say how many are in the semi-finalist group but to get 14 finalists, the usual number, they would need at least 40 semis. And they have alternates in case a finalist drops out before the first ep. But they never identify who the alternates were and as far as we know none of the finalist who start the season were ever alternates.

No big surprises, at least they have 16 brand new HGs, no vets, celebs, etc. That's good. Of course there are the usual "I will win", optimists, the "lay low schemers", the token gay guy, and the obligatory 3-4 women that look good in bikinis. It's too early to tell if there are any sociopaths, but they show up very quickly in the first day or two. Can't say who I'll root for until I see them in action. Haleigh Broucher looks like a possibility.

This might work or it could get out of hand pretty quickly if fans are given too much power and access. What can happen on social media for both good and bad...we are already quite familiar with.
