Re: Hawaii 5-0
I was not expecting to see unnamed villiany guy to be killed off. It seems they do the filming on Oahu but it would be cool if they made a trip to the Big Island too. After all it is Hawaii Five-O not Oahu Five-O.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Bill Sadler just posted a photo on FB of his new Hawaii 5-0 script. He's there now so I'm guessing we'll be seeing some "flashback" scenes.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
So Sadler was the guy that trained Danno, and Marsters was the bad guy ? Do I have that straight ?, not being a regular viewer of 5-0.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Marsters was a bad guy. He was an Irish terrorist and when James was hired they had told him he was the Wo Fat of this series. However, they decided to bring in the Iron Chef as Wo Fat and made him the top Bad Guy (after killing off Marsters) . Sadler is McGarrett's father. He did not "train" Danno. Was killed by the Irish terrorist before there was a 5-0. Now, however, dead is not the end of us seeing Bill apparently. I doubt they are bringing Bill's character back to life but I think there are going to be flashbacks to explain the events leading up to his murder.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Last night's was a fun episode in the sense that we got to see Hawaiian warrior re-enactors . I could not believe that they said Apolo Ohno, the Olympic speed skater would be on tonight. He was ...in a blink and you'd miss him kind of way. But there were some very sweet Danno scenes as he tries to move on from his ex-wife. Introduces his girlfriend to his daughter and they have a lovely playing in the sand moment. (Don't know that most real life moments go this smoothly, but one can hope. )

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Great episode tonight...Dennis Miller and James Caan (who is Danno's real life father) did guest star roles. I love to watch Dennis in rant mode, and it was great fun to watch James Caan alternately annoy and help our team solve the crime.

I really loved this episode. Watching father and son work together was great. I hope it turns out to be a reoccuring role. That would be cool. :)

Re: Hawaii 5-0
McGarrett was MIA this week. They did a brief glimpse of him telling the gang some hooey about why he had to go off investigating something. He put Danno in charge.
Interesting story about a serial killer. It struck one of the gang close to home. I was so worried that we were going to lose that character for good.

I was going to watch it but then realized I had to watch some DVR stuff before the disc got too full. With repeat season starting shortly I'll be able to catch up on "second tier" shows.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Yeah Alex was in rehab for painkillers. He has or had a should problem. I'm not sure if he was only going to be gone one episode or several. #H5O seems to have a rabid following on Twitter. I read about Alex being out several weeks ago.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
he's back now. This was an action packed episode with McGarrett having some good stunt work scenes. The girl on his team, Kono has done something very dangerous to her job. Most police stations would fire you for what she has done. She better fess up soon!

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Not Kono! She's a surfer and knows how to swim so I think she can wiggle herself to freedom and safety. We still don't know if Chin Ho's wife will survive her gunshot. Good to see Dr. Max was ok after being shot. It was a dangerous episode and season finale for the H5O gang. Delano will be chased down and dealt with next season.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
The new season of Hawaii Five-0 has been filming on Oahu. This season Ving Rhames will be a bad guy. FYI, this is not Ving pictured below.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Last night they had Hawaii Five-O Sunset on the Beach. Which is a televised two hour red carpet event with loads of cast and fan interviews and then the season premiere on a large screen at the beach. Then there was an after party. It looked like fun time. There were a lot of angry fans on twitter worldwide who couldn't get the online streaming from local CBS station covering the event to work properly. Sounds like it will be a fun and interesting season.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
It was certainly a great episode tonight! Loads of action, many different plotlines going, tragedy, humor and the mother of all puzzlements at the end. I'm hooked.
And relieved to see Kono back in action.

Re: Hawaii 5-0
Geez, it's Monday night so Kono must be in trouble again! I did like the look on her face when the rest of the team finally caught up with her. And it was a treat to see Shelly Berman again. I used to watch his comedy routines on the Ed Sullivan show and thought he was the best! He was the elderly man that McGarrett's sister is now working for. I thought he was very touching in the speech he gave her at the end.
