Re: Dr. Who
Good grief I'm glad I came in here. I forgot. Too much happening around here. It's 11 p.m. and the new episode is on now. So, excuse me while I go watch it.

Oh. My. God!Oh. My. God!Oh. My. God!
Oh. My. God!Oh. My. God!Oh. My. God!
Oh. My. God!Oh. My. God!Oh. My. God!
So much to love! Great storyline...uber creepy big bad, moon landing and the filming in a part of America that looks kinda like the moon. Matt Sheppard. and on and on...The final scene! :what?:
I keep thinking I've seen the best Doctor, or storyline or companion, or baddie but it just gets better and better...How does that work?
Enjoyed DWinA...but I was a bit overwhelmed...watched 4 hours of Whovian goodness...a bit fried at the moment...lol
good article...

Re: Dr. Who
I loved that! and the Doctor calling him Tricky Dick...probably for the first time...that sure stuck!
Lake Powell was gorgeous, so spooky to look at. And the use off the desert..I usually think of it as a wonder of the world but in this..alien, barren and somewhat terrifying.
Loved the Stetson, loved the old 50's wagon..with chrome and fins! quintessential America...all he needed was a slice of apple pie....and a lost cow or two...and some barbed wire. lol

Re: Dr. Who
So...what did you guys thing of the episode? I wasn't really into what was going on and then in the last few minutes that left curve...just And did I hear right? Next weeks is the last one of the summer? Ack!
Re: Dr. Who
I watched the previous one...part one before this week's so it would all be fresh...
My question is, how long did the doctor know she was skin? How long has she been knocked up and where, and who's baby is that? Is it the doctors? there's that lil time lord wandering around in Dickensian times...no answer on that one either.
Loved the Doctors lil experiment..
I saw that last episode of the season thing...how did that happen so soon? Is it a shorter season because of the expense coming over here to shoot?
Did anyone see the cybermen and think cylons? It looks like they've upgraded again. fooie.
In part one, the very beginning, Rory and Amy playing darts with Muse playing in the background...Muse? Is there any other time when current music has ever been used on the show? Why this time?
Not that I mind, darts fun, muse cool...just another day in the tardis...never seen their downtime before.
The show that'll take that saturday slot looks interesting Outcasts...neat! I always like this about BBC, they may give us short seasons, average usually 8, but they are interesting and a lot more adventurous and clever than most shows here.

Re: Dr. Who
What a twist! Great cliffhanger!
Okay, now I'm wondering if the Doctor that got killed in the beginning of the season was really that white gooey stuff? hmm
and then post show, the next title, and that skeletal hand holding the screwdriver after the show..*shiver*
Loved watching the pilot of Battlestar Gallactica, couldn't help myself, I still miss that show.

Re: Dr. Who
BBCA is currently airing new (at least to me) Dr. Who. Last night's was about everyone's worst nightmare. The ending...oh my stars!!! Wasn't seeing THAT coming.

Re: Dr. Who
This was the third episode of the new season so it will be easy for you to catch up. I'm totally stunned over the ending...but then that explains why Rory and Amy were in their apartment when they got the invitation...doesn't it? Ack...now this is driving me crazy...

Re: Dr. Who
"BBC exec Ben Stephenson has promised that the celebration will be "absolutely enormous".
Well, I think we knew that but so nice to see it in print. Can't wait!
"The sci-fi drama will return to BBC One on Saturday, March 30 with premiere episode 'The Bells of St John'. The first official image from the new run was unveiled this morning."

The Doctor is back! And he has the cutest darn companion in the world. Some cool stunts in this and a couple of wink winks to past shows. Good fun.
