Pictures from the Bones panel
An online fan pointed us to a site called Synergistics Productions where the media was interviewing the cast before the panel show started. The video wasn't very good, all hand held cameras, and the audio was picking up all the sounds in the tent so it was hard to hear the individual interviews. You have to feel a little sorry for the cast because no sooner than one interview was over another media type came up and asked exactly the same questions. Emily had her replies down pat.

They posted some good still pics from the session.

The panels always start an hour later than posted but it was worth the wait.

There were people watching online from Australia to Britain and all points in between. Over 4,000 by the time it started.

‘Bones’ Creator ‘Confident’ of Renewal
by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] | March 9, 2012 at 11:04 AM | [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Bones (FOX)
It’s been an unusual year for “[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.],”
which has been on and off the Fox schedule after production on this
seventh season was disrupted by star Emily Deschanel’s real-life
pregnancy (which was written into the show). Even though they’re now
back on course, there have been some questions about the show’s fate.
Series creator Hart Hanson cast aside any doubts and addressed the future of the series.
“There are rumors that they’d like to pick us up for two seasons,
we’ll see,” he told The Hollywood Reporter Thursday. “But I feel very,
very confident about Season 8. If I think about Season 9, my head starts
to hurt.”
“There’s always the business side…” he later added, “but in many ways, Bones is Fox’s most successful hour-long scripted drama.”
Producers are so confident that they will get a renewal, in fact,
that they have boldly planned a Season 7 cliffhanger: “There will be a
large cliff that people will be hanging from,” executive producer Stephen Nathan teased to Deadline. “It’ll change the course, certainly the beginning, of season 8.”
Fans can look forward to the 13 new episodes that complete this
season, which returns April 2, and then there are an additional four
mystery episodes that have also been shot. When will they air? “We don’t
know when,” says Hanson, who adds they must exist on their own, outside
of this season’s storyline arc. Whether they run perhaps over summer or
tacked onto next season is still unknown. “As a result, they’re weird,”
Hanson adds to THR. “We kind of did some weird things.”
Hanson, Nathan and cast members Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz, Michaela Conlin and John Francis Daley
were on hand for the annual Paley Festival in Los Angeles, where they
teased some plot points, like…will there be a wedding? “If they ever get
married, we’ll see a wedding,” Nathan says.
The “Bones” bunch also made a point of clarifying just how Booth and
Brennan’s new baby — the super sleuthers finally hooked up after six
seasons of sexual tension — will, or won’t, affect the dynamic of the
show.
“It’s still Bones — we don’t want to give the impression we’re doing
Parenthood,” Nathan said to Deadline. “There will still be someone who
is dead and revolting, and they will try to figure out who did it. They
will have to figure out how to deal with this baby while they deal with
these murders.”

Fox is bumping “Bones” from its cushy spot on Thursday nights to a new
night (yet again), airing Mondays at 8/7c, with “House” shifting to
9/8c, beginning April 2.
