Here's the entire sequence of Jewel's appearance. It lasted 8 seconds, I timed it and took the pics using the SyFy On Demand function available in my Sling subscription.

The sleigh went by too fast to see what sort of animals were pulling it. Knowing the writers they may be some exotic non-Earth species.

She is smoking, holding a book, and has a 1930s-40s hair style if all that means anything. We'll have to wait until eps 7 and 9 to see what they have in store for her.

No clue here as to what she's doing...?

This is the same show that is on NetFlex! I just spent three nights watching it all, WOW!

I just thinking "Alice in Wonderland". But, I couldn't stop watching.

A lot of network shows wind up on Netflik.  Season 4 of The Magicians now running on the SyFy Channel is better than season 3. But season 1 is still the best for 'straight forward' magic with a minimum of weird fantasy stuff. Also, it was the first time I saw Olivia Taylor Dudley in a role which convinced me that I had to watch from then on.

According to Olivia's tweet, Alice's and Quentin's relationship is now over forever, as we see in this scene in the last episode.

IMDB says 5'3" so that's pretty short.

That was sort of a semi-musical ep rather than the full blown type where all scenes are singing. It was better that way even though it skirted the edges of incomprehensibility on several occasions.

Seeing as how Olivia's hair always is straight, what do those "curlers" or whatever they are, actually accomplish.
