i don't know where she finds these things. The show films in Vancouver. She's the creator and show runner for The Magicians and has a sense of humor.

Tomorrow !  The only regret is that it can't be binge watched and we must wait a week between episodes until it hits Netflik.

I love binge watching as well. But I sometimes have trouble remembering what happened a year or more ago. It's easier to remember what happened 3 months or 4 months ago. I had that problem with season 2 of Travelers and was a bit confused at first. Must be old age!

I know what you mean ! When I started watching S2 of the Travelers I had mistakenly selected S1 and wondered why they were still dealing with the anti-matter bomb. And when finally getting into S2 I was sort of confused just like you.

The first ep was a little goofy. Alice eating the bacon was the best scene. It may settle down when they get out on the boat, which  incidentally is a living creature in case you didn't know.

Ep 3 was the best so far.  We get a look at the Lamprey before Alice kills it but she is distressed over causing her father to die also. The two - path plots are working out okay so far, but I'd like to see them all get back together as they were in previous seasons.

We'll see how this works out.  It seems like every fan-intense show has to do a musical episode.

It's possible to get so "gimmicky" with the episodes that the whole premise is lost or obstructed. I'll watch these singing and "deaf" episodes before passing judgement. At least it looks like they didn't mess with Olivia's segment.

I'm not sure how that latest ep advanced the story line coherently, and exactly what is the story line this season ?

I do like the 'magic message bunnies' that are sent to deliver messages to someone and then squawk out the message .

Craig really likes this show and I've seen one episode and like it. I'll be binging when I have some down time.
